United States: 3-5 business days.

Europe: 5-7 Business days.

Australia: 5-7 Business days.

Rest of the world: 10-15 Business days.

Every order includes tracking. This information will be sent to your email once it ships.

Production time for your order takes 3 to 6 working days.

- Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. It is important that you keep an eye on your tracking (especially for international orders) 

- Ida works with production partners that have facilities in USA, EU, and Australia, therefore your order will be produced in the factory nearest to your shipping address.

- It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. idalindbergart@gmail.com will not be responsible for any orders lost in post due to incorrect or incomplete address.

- Import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival. Ida's store is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.
